Gym Factory fitness club

Let me share my experience -- the first impression itself isn't great. As you enter the reception, you'll notice two dirty sofas. The washroom was renovated about a year ago but hasn't been maintained since. I haven't seen anyone use the steam bath facilities. You will find used chewing gums in the washroom. The gym is well-equipped, so if you already have some fitness knowledge, you can make use of it effectively. However, cleanliness is a major concern. They don't seem to have proper cleaning staff; I've only noticed one person handling it occasionally, sometimes with a couple of others helping. Mirrors are broken and rarely cleaned. Equipment is often broken and not fixed in a timely manner. If someone is curious, just walk in at a random time -- you'll probably find no one around to assist. The only good part is that it's less crowded, so you can enjoy your workout peacefully. Another strange thing is their record-keeping. They don't maintain admission details digitally, so staff often walk up to members asking when they joined -- which feels unnecessary and unprofessional. Advice to Management: You're running a gym in a reputed area -- please rethink how it's managed. Improve cleanliness, adopt proper systems, maintain the equipment, and create a better experience for your members. Otherwise, you risk losing your existing customers.

This gym is totally waste of money. They want to make money. As they told gym timings will be from 5am but till 6:30am no one is present in the gym even there is no trainer in the gym . Waste of time, I saved my money from this gym. Due to this issue I have not joined this gym.

Gym is shutting down and they didn't inform anyone. They have taken money for full year. I'm filing police complaint.

This gym operates unethically and should be closed down. The staff prioritizes making money over customer satisfaction, using deceptive tactics to push expensive memberships. After securing payments, they neglect proper service. The establishment is run by individuals who lack honesty and integrity.

I have been working out in this gym from past 1and half year. This Gym was earlier named as OXYGEN FITNESS previous management was not that good now the management has been changed from past 2 months and now the gym named as GYM FACTORY fitness club iam happy with this management and staff which is very supportive. Even the trainers are very co operative and supportive. The best part is now we have the 24/7 access to work out the trainers are available by 11pm and now I have entered the gym it's 2pm iam working out peacefully I can feel my mind relaxed and there is no disturbance and iam happy with this management and suggest everyone who is in JP mager 5th phase can walk in to this gym and I have got exciting offers and discounts. Plz fix fans or switch on AC or do something for the ventilation especially near cardio equipment plz . It's so suffocating for people who have breathing issues. Rest everything is ok

It's been about 6 months in this gym, the dumbbells are hard to find as they either have a missing pair or the weight mentioned in it is just gone, machines are many but arnt maintained properly, initially they will tell you a lot is available for what you pay but later you won't see anyone to help you with what all features they have to offer, management is not good, machines are worn out, weights are just thrown around everywhere. You will finish your workout just by finding the right pair for your workout.
