I have been coming to gold gym for last 3 years, it's the best place for workout I feel. So much verity of Equipments and well qualified trainers guiding. Especially my Personal trainer Krishna Priya she is the only Lady trainer , I have taken PT with her she trains very good Based on my health goal she has given customised workout plan and diet plan. She really encourage me to push my limits and do exercise which are helping me to loose weight and gain strength. She makes me feel comfortable during each session and add verity of functional training and resistance training based on needs. She calls and give that little push for me in the morning to hit the gym so that i dont break the consistency. After taking PT i have seen so many benefits like I have lost inches and weight and gained more strength and confidence I highly recommend her to someone who really want to get started with their targeted health goal to achieve this year
