I've been working out at this gym for a while, and while it has some positives, there are a few key issues that need attention. The equipment is decent, but unfortunately, it's not cleaned regularly and often has a sticky feel, which makes workouts uncomfortable. One big disappointment is the absence of a BMI or body composition machine -- something that should be standard in any modern gym. As for the trainers, some are approachable and helpful, but most seem careless and disengaged, which doesn't reflect well on the overall experience. With a bit more attention to hygiene and staff accountability, this gym could be much better.

Dear Manager and Owner, I am writing to express some serious concerns regarding the behavior of trainers. I request that you please take this feedback seriously, as it concerns both the safety and experience of your members--especially young girl like my daughter. My daughter joined your gym a few months ago, and unfortunately, her experience has been extremely disappointing. Trainers are frequently on their phones and provide no assistance to members. Their disinterest is leaves members feeling neglected and unsupported. Some of the trainers shows unprofessional behavior--particularly the way they talk to female members. My daughter and her friends have felt uncomfortable with the way they keep staring at while working out. It's completely unacceptable. One trainer in the morning, his name is Ajith especially inappropriate in his behaviour and purely unprofessional. He does not know how to speak to women respectfully and has even misbehaved. His behavior makes the gym feel unsafe.it is a matter of safety and respect. I sincerely hope you will take immediate and strict action, especially regarding the trainer behavior. No parent should have to feel unsafe sending their daughter to a gym, and feel uncomfortable or disrespected.

Gym is located in the good place. Equipments are pretty good. Morning time is good to workout and environment is tooo bad because of trainers. Coming to service part I must say very disappointment it is. Trainer are very untrained and unprofessional. Not at all trained. Really unprofessional. No manners at all. The way they give help while working out is very bad not at all comfortable.Don't feel safe at all. @manager/owner - kindly look into ur as it is very serious matter and you need to take a strict action. My uncles friend is a commissioner in banglore and I need to inform him regarding the issues if action is not taken.

Honestly, save your money and find another gym. This place is small and severely overcrowded, making it incredibly difficult to find space for floor exercises. It's so congested that the amount of CO2 you'd inhale feels dangerous due to the terrible ventilation. The poor air circulation also contributes to a persistent, unpleasant odor. I deeply regret wasting my money on a membership here, as I dreaded going precisely because of the constant overcrowding. I'm so glad I've found a much better gym now!

It's been almost 9 months I've joined this gym.A top notch quality ambience to workout. Happy for the facilities provided

Dear management and owner, This is to bring to your notice that i have been working out in this gym for nearly a year now and I feel all the trainers and instructors are very professional and well behaved and the review given by Bhagyashree Mohite is irrelevant and a completely false accusations has been raised against one of the instructor Ajith. He has been my personal trainer from the very beginning, he has been a very friendly person who is very professional, well trained and well behaved with all his client. The accusations raised by Bhagyashree Mohite is completely false according to me and might be due to some personal issue and I kindly request you to report the review given by the person as it will affect character and courier of the trainer
