Game On Fitness Luxury Club - Akshayanagar

Previously there was parking problem, but the gym was good. Now, there's no power most of the time. It's very difficult to workout without power. They don't even care after charging 12k plus for membership. Looks like no steps are taken too. Now there's no power almost every day. On top of this, there are frequent fights all the time. Don't even dare to go to the basement to park the vehicle. It reeks of smell from the all the west waste bags stored by the restaurant.

Giving 1 star as there is no zero star in rating. The only concern in this gym is that they wont care about customer satisfaction and they dont even consider about the customer complaints. One AC near the stepper machine is out of order since I joined the gym in Jan2025, informed the so called gym managers ... no use... even I complained to the owner himself, .. while discussion he seems as if it wil be repaired in a week , but it's been 1.5 months since I complained to him... no proper response. When we call the owner, he says some or other reason to escape the conversation. Adding to the pain - the email id of gym, doesn't work at all. I thought to complaint in writing but that also in waste . When asked Anil ( one of gym manager) , he said he will find out and give me a call back on the same day.. but till now no call.or response from him. They have weekly meetings for their sales and other things, why dont they take proper care of the customer complaints and get them resolved soon. The gym is charging the membership for one year in advance , I dont understand where exactly they are investing the amount. Last but not least, I found that AC has not been working for more than an year it seems ... which is very sad as they least bother about customer's care and satisfaction. Similar situations are handled precisely in other Premier gyms , not sure why this is the case with this branch operational staff and owner especially.

Game on fitness is as you can clearly see, very well maintained with a plethora of equipment and variations. There's an orientation for people who join this gym where the trainers will introduce you step by step to all the possible exercises without straining you too much. Post that a cycle of monthly body analysis and tailored workout regimen follows. Been coming here for more than a month now and this place had everything I wanted from a gym. With trainers like Rithej, Anil and Prajwal, this gym caters both to beginners and advanced enthusiasts. I came here while also having an injured shoulder. Special mention to the trainers to remember my injury without me having to repeat every time! A place to develop yourself, in a luxurious way!

I am not sure if this will be seen or not but it's a request. 1. Please stop people filming their workout videos as it's very uncomfortable for others who are working out. Many people do not want to come in someone's video frame. There is no consent asked by these people who grab a video pod and place it. 2. Please keep the punching bag in the studio or get a standing bag in the studio.
