Fitness F-G is a very good gym , women's looking out for gym can come up here and get trained . Professional Training is given and the trainer Adam Faraaz is fabulous at training point. Me n my husband are very much satisfied with his training. Satisfied joining in here and getting trained by Adam Faraaz.

I always wanted to be a jacked nerd. I have been a nerd till now but just because of Faraaz bhai I think so I will reach my goal of getting jacked as well. He is the one who keeps me pushing at all times. If not for him I don't think so I would have been so consistent with my workouts. I would 100% recommend that you use his services if required.
