I've been taking personal training sessions with Alok Mahunta, and he's an excellent trainer. He approaches every session with patience and takes the time to explain everything in detail. As a beginner with no prior experience in exercise, I truly appreciate his support--he's been incredibly helpful in guiding me through my fitness journey.

I am extremely disappointed with this gym. The lack of hygiene is alarming, with dirty floors and equipment that are rarely cleaned. The equipment itself is outdated and in poor condition, making it difficult to get a proper workout. The air conditioning is practically nonexistent, making the gym unbearably hot and uncomfortable. Trainers are almost never available to assist or provide guidance. To make matters worse, the management is completely irresponsible and unresponsive to these issues. Additionally, there is no power backup, leading to frequent interruptions during workouts. Overall, this gym fails to meet even basic standards of cleanliness and functionality. I would not recommend it to anyone.
