The space is clean, hygienic and perfect place for ladies to feel free and comfortable while doing exercises n workout. Hina, she is very friendly her support and guidance is all you need to get going also provides proper diet plan's.

Joined gym few months ago and my honest reviews: Pros: only Female gym Ambience is just fine not really great Cons : No No No No trainer Every single gym has a general trainer but trainer here especially in evening is so cheap She doesn't know anything and in the beginning she thought me a few workouts because of the wrong form I got backpain She doesn't know how to communicate Basically She is a receptionist..because either She is on phone or gossiping Is we ask her anything She says "Kal boltiun ba" Apart from this major trainer problem they have very few equipments and weights So if you actually looking out to join this gym join only if you have worked out before This review must be taken in positively and must be worked on .

The atmosphere is really nice and pleasant Most importantly the gym is very hygienic and clean and the trainers are very friendly and supportive
