Great gym with a clean, well-maintained facility and a wide variety of equipment for all fitness levels. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. It's never too crowded, and the atmosphere is motivating. Highly recommend for anyone serious about their fitness goals!

I'm so glad I joined this gym! The equipment is state-of-the-art and the entire facility is always spotless. My trainer Anuja, is incredible - they've really helped me build strength and stay motivated, especially with their personalized workouts. The atmosphere is really positive and welcoming, making it a great place to focus on fitness. I've already seen amazing progress in just a few months, and I can't wait to see what else I can achieve here.. thanks to entire team

The gym is really good overall, but there are a few things that bothered me: 1. **Limited Free Weights:** As a powerlifter, I need a decent amount of weight for exercises like bench press and squat. However, there's a very limited supply of free weights, and I often have to wait in line behind 3-4 other people who also need them. No complaints about the latest machines--5 stars for those--but what's the use when there are only two 20kg plates available? This was a big letdown. 2. **Inappropriate Music:** The gym was playing very adult and sexually explicit songs, which was extremely off-putting. My girlfriend felt disgusted by the environment. When I tried to raise this issue with a trainer, I couldn't find any staff on the floor--this goes against the gym's guidelines. Please take serious note of this. 3. **Cleaning Supplies:** A small suggestion--adding a few more bottles of cleaning liquid around the gym would help customers maintain hygiene more easily. Don't get me wrong--the gym is a great place with a nice ambiance, but these improvements would take it to the next level. Thank you.

While the Gym is great in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. Good equipment etc. However, surprised that there wasn't a single trainer on both the floors. The equipments being quite new, I was a little clueless on what to use. Went there after reading reviews about trainers being good, but strangely found it quite contrary to all the reviews here.

One of the best gyms around Yelahanka! The gym is well-maintained and not too crowded, which actually makes it easier to stay consistent with my workouts. The trainers are friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist or correct posture when needed. I do use the steam room once a week, and it's a bit disappointing that Cult members are charged 300 for access. Because of this, I end up going to Gold's Gym for steam sessions, which is inconvenient due to the distance. Would have gladly rated 5 stars if steam access was included.
