I'm a regular trainee of cult Chandralayout branch and I had been to this center for a group hrx session to this place due to some maintainance issue in chandralayout and was really very disappointed by the way the trainer engaged the session. The assigned trainer wasted alot of time and didn't engage the trainees much into the activities. The guy really wasted alot of time, not even 3 reps of deadlift and moreover there were no weights to do the deadlift, I usually do 100+ kgs in chandralyout and other places and at this session I couldn't even cross 50kg and that to only for 3 rounds of 8 reps and the following workouts were also very low rounds and he happily wasted alot of time just talking and advising.
Will not make a visit for group session again to this place. We pay to get proper weights and get proper training if that doesn't even satisfy why would one extend his training again in the future.

I'd like to express my concern regarding the behavior of the manager at the Cult Nagarbhavi center today during a recent group dance class.
I arrived just 6 minutes late to the session, and despite the minimal delay, I was met with an unnecessarily arrogant attitude. While I understand the importance of punctuality and warm-ups, enforcing such rigid protocols--particularly during the first five minutes--by discouraging participation or access to the class feels counterproductive and unwelcoming.
These classes are meant to promote health, inclusivity, and enjoyment--not to penalize members over minor delays. It's important to strike a balance between structure and accessibility. This isn't a school environment, and treating adult participants with respect and flexibility goes a long way in maintaining a positive atmosphere.
I sincerely hope Cult reconsiders such policies and emphasizes member engagement and courtesy over strict, punitive enforcement.
**Proposed Policy Update: Group Class Entry Timing**
To foster a more inclusive and member-friendly experience, we propose updating the class entry policy as follows:
* Participants arriving up to **10 minutes late** for a group class (including Dance Fitness, HRX, Yoga, etc.) **should be allowed to join at their own discretion**, provided it does not disrupt the flow of the session.
* While **timely arrival is encouraged** to ensure proper warm-up and prevent injury, it should not be enforced in a way that discourages participation or causes embarrassment.
* **Trainers may offer a quick alternative warm-up** to latecomers when feasible, but attendance and engagement should always be prioritized over rigid adherence to warm-up protocols.
* Cult staff and managers should maintain a **welcoming and respectful attitude** toward all members, regardless of arrival time, as a small delay should not lead to a negative experience.
This approach promotes consistency, flexibility, and a member-first mindset, which is crucial for long-term engagement and community-building.

I recently visited Cult Elite Gym, Nagarbhavi, with the intention of checking out the facility before taking a membership for my friend. However, the experience was extremely disappointing. The manager (deepa yogesh a lady at the front desk) was very rude and unprofessional, and she didn't even allow us to see the gym facilities properly. Instead of welcoming potential customers, her behaviour was dismissive and disrespectful.
Such attitude and poor customer handling can seriously damage the reputation of a reputed brand like Cult. A fitness centre is not just about good equipment--it's about how you treat people who walk in with genuine interest.
After this experience, I checked Google reviews and found that many others have faced similar issues with the staff's rude and unhelpful attitude. This shows it's not an isolated incident.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses this issue immediately, because such behaviour can drive away many potential members who expect a more respectful and professional environment.

I visited the Cult elite gym Nagarbhavi to enquire about joining. No one was at the reception, and after waiting for a few minutes,as no one was available at the front desk or on the floor, we went inside to see the facility. After a while receptionist Deepa Yogesh then came out from some room saying she was taking rest n was extremely rude n asked if we had permission to enter the gym.She din't even allow us to see the facility and spoke in a dismissive manner.
Such unprofessional behaviour creates a poor impression of the Cult brand. I also noticed many similar negative reviews on Google, so the management should take action to address this recurring issue.

I've really enjoyed my time at this gym. It's a clean, well-equipped gym with a great atmosphere.
I especially want to thank to our very quick responsive trainers Mr. Amit and Mr. Sharan. They has been an amazing trainer -- always encouraging, helpful, and really knows how to keep me motivated. I've made great progress thanks to their guidance.
Highly recommend this gym and "Mr Amit and Mr. Sharan" to anyone looking to get fit and feel better!
