I'm not the one that usually gives reviews but I came across a particular negative review that was posted about a month ago by an account by the name of Nutralicious and I thought I had to speak up. The review posted by that account is definitely fake. It's malicious and borderline hateful. It's seems more like a paid hit job more than a review. I've been going to this gym for about 6 months now and needless to say that it's one of the best parts of my day. The gym is extremely well equipped. The owner and trainers are really helpful, kind and good people in general. The community in this gym is friendly, respectful and motivating. To anyone who is reading this review right now, I urge you to visit the gym and see first hand how good the quality is. Thank you.

I joined this gym 2 months ago,Mr Nagaraj sir is very knowledgeable and professional and polite and friendly.he is concern about each and everyone workout progress.The trainers are really helpful and guide well thoroughly the workout. This is one of THE BEST GYM in and around Seegehalli area. It has all the equipments that a mordern gym should have. The enviroment in the gym is very positive. Membership price is also very very reasonable. I have been going to the gym since last 3 months and I can already feel the difference. For me, the best thing about this gym is it's trainers. Mr Nagaraj and Sunil are very knowledgeable and they have designed effective workout schedules which have been very effective on my fat loss journey so far. Both of them have been very friendly with everyone and always approachable. They also keep a close eye on everyone's progress, and guide on forms and techniques whenever needed. A BIG THANK YOU to them for helping many people in their transformation. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who live in the close vicinity, to join this gym, and keep themselves fit and healthy.
