Just joined recently and I've had such a good experience so far. The gym has a really nice vibe. It's clean, well maintained, and the atmosphere feels positive. The trainers are all really good and approachable, they guide you properly and make sure you're doing things the right way. Special mention to Coach Pavan and Coach Girish for being super encouraging and patient throughout. The staff here is also very kind and helpful, always greeting with a smile. Overall, it's a great space with good people and such a comfortable environment to work out in.

This gym has honestly become my second home! The vibe is always positive, and I look forward to every session. My two coaches (Dinesh and Ashin) are absolute rockstars - they know exactly how to motivate me on the tough days and celebrate the wins on the good days.

Spent 5 days training at Barbell Carter and honestly, this place stands out. Set on a terrace in Whitefield, it's got a refreshing open-air vibe with plenty of natural plants around--so even without an AC, it stays cool and breezy. In fact, you get a real sweat going the way it's meant to be!
There's a spacious area for functional training and boxing, and the gym is well-equipped for a serious workout. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and Ruth--the owner--goes out of her way to make sure you feel welcome and supported.

I've been going to this gym for a few months now, and it's been a fantastic experience. Unlike typical gyms, it's filled with beautiful plants and has a calming, aesthetic vibe that makes working out so much more enjoyable. The atmosphere feels fresh, inspiring, and really motivates you to show up and do your best. Manoj , Thanzy and Abhishek are very good trainers and I especially love the variety of classes offered and the supportive environment. gym is quite good but same trainer (paid coaching) availability in morning hours is a challenge and struggle but otherwise it's a perfect place to get fit and some trainers like coach Dinesh, Coach Manoj are just fab!! 5* for them!!
Even the concept of gym is good with extremely refreshing air/wind during early hours as it's on high floor and takes benefit from lake breeze from Varthur lake!!
Steam would have been a good value add here but still One of the best maintained gyms i have been to, including the best ones in Mumbai as well...
