I am a regular at this gym and honestly it is one of the best decisions I have made for my health and lifestyle. As a female member, I really appreciate the professionalism here. I feel very safe, and it is very well-managed. The trainers and the staff are punctual, knowledgeable, and always helpful. I have been training with Amit for 1.5 years. I joined because of back pain, which has completely gone, and there is overall improvement in my strength and overall health. I cant recommend him enough! The gym has become such an important part of my life, not only for fitness but also for the friendships I have made here. Highly recommended.

I've been training here for 2 months and the experience has been excellent. The trainer (Amit) is knowledgeable, motivating, and really focused on form and progress. The gym has a great atmosphere and well-maintained equipment. Highly recommend to anyone serious about fitness.

I've had a good experience at B3 Wellness Studio in Mahadevapura. The gym is well-equipped with modern machines and has a positive, motivating atmosphere. The trainers are approachable and helpful whenever guidance is needed. The timings are convenient, and the overall environment is comfortable for workouts.

I have been a member in this Gym for almost 9 years and I am really sorry to say the behaviour of the staffs in this Gym are not really good. The Gym staff don't bother to misbehave members. This is the culture in this Gym which is my personal experience in last 9 years. Today, the Gym staff asked me get down from the trademill by the time I had used the equipment only for 8 minutes. They told me that many other members are waiting to use the equipment. I really felt embarrassed and it was kind of misbehaving me when other were using the equipment for more than 30 minutes. They had never informed me earlier or I had never seen any guidelines on the time limit for using the equipment for certain specific time. This culture they have developed possibly because they are getting too many members. I believe, whatever may be the case they should not misbehave any member in the gym. I am feeling like not to continue with this Gym anymore.

The gym is clean and well-maintained, which is a big plus. There are a few rules to follow, few too restrictive. The main issue is how crowded it gets in the evenings--finding space or equipment can be a challenge. If possible, try going during off-peak hours for a better experience.
