I really enjoyed the massage done by Mintu and after that steam bath. I have taken massage many places in Bangalore but this one is really special. I needed the ruf and tuf massage, and I got that. Thank you so much. I would love to come back again.

Very pathetic Body Massage experience. The masseuse kept on talking to me without allowing my body & mind to relax. And the massage wasn't even effective. When I said this to her, she said 'actually time is over ma'am, we give only for 40 min'. While booking the appointment, I had opted for Sauna but on the day of service, they said some electrical issue, its not working. Ridiculous! Aren't they supposed to tell us when we call to confirm (in fact they should be proactively informing the guests)??? And they told me to wash my body with water using bucket & mug. I would NEVER RECOMMEND anyone to opt for massage & sauna service from Arogyadhama.

We have been taking yoga classes from Chinmaya for about 6 months. I am very happy with the improvement in my physical and mental health. She makes sure she understands her students, tailors exercises accordingly and ensures they all show improvement. She is very punctual and cares about her students. I would definitely highly recommend her.

Acupuncture treatment is very good & effective here with the trained doctors / therapists, we are very much impressed with the treatment and the way they analyse and treat according to your ailments. Massage is very effective and very relaxing and the experience is Awesome, offcourse the massage therapist Mr. Mintu is trained very well and understand you body and gives massage according to your pain points to get them relived.
