I used to work out at Taurus Fitness but had stopped because it was always too crowded. With just one Smith machine and limited space, it was hard to get through a proper workout without waiting around. But I recently dropped by for a visit--and I was genuinely shocked! The gym looks completely different now. They've moved all the treadmills and cardio equipment downstairs, making the place so much more spacious. It's a total game-changer. They've also added another Smith machine, so there's barely any waiting time anymore. Plus, the new equipment is amazing--modern, clean, and well-organized. After seeing the upgrade, I've decided this is the only place I'll be working out from now on. One of the best gyms in Bangalore right now. Hats off to the Taurus Fitness team--great work!

If u are a Fittness enthusiastic then dont waste 1 hour of your time here. This gym is just outdated. Old machines, tidy place and over crowded. Zero hygiene.

There's barely anything in this gym!! The dumbells are completely in meaningless weights and places... Not too clean gym!! Very very few things and machines here!! I thought it was a banger gym!! But turn out to be possibly one of the worst I've been to!! Sad

Spacious gym, gives out a positive ambiance and talking about my PT( Abhishek) his knowledge and expertise in muscle-building have been spot-on, Not only does he push me to my limits during workouts, but he also provides valuable guidance on nutrition and supplements. With his help, I've been able to pack on some solid muscle and feel stronger than ever.
