Trainer Praveen stands out for his exceptional knowledge and helpfulness, guiding everyone from beginners to pros with personalized tips and spot-on form corrections. His encouraging approach makes workouts enjoyable and effective. Great value for all fitness levels - highly recommend!

I've been working out at this gym for a while and overall, it's a great experience. The equipment is modern and well-maintained, with enough variety to cover strength training, cardio, and functional workouts. The gym floor is usually clean and organized. The trainers are knowledgeable and approachable, always ready to guide if you need help with form or workout plans. Group classes are energetic and well-structured, making workouts more engaging. One area for improvement would be the crowd during peak hours--sometimes it's hard to get access to certain machines. Also, locker space could be a bit more spacious. Overall, it's a solid gym for anyone serious about fitness.

I'm extremely disappointed with this gym. Many of the equipments are damaged and poorly maintained, making workouts unsafe and frustrating. There are no sanitizers provided, and no one cleans the machines after use, which is very unhygienic. The biggest issue, however, is the behavior of the gym coach, Shaleel, who constantly mocks and passes comments at members instead of offering guidance or motivation. This creates a hostile and uncomfortable environment for anyone trying to focus on their fitness. What makes it worse is that multiple complaints have been raised to the owner, but there has been no response or action taken. This lack of accountability shows how little they care about members' safety, hygiene, and comfort. I would not recommend this gym until serious steps are taken to fix the equipment, improve hygiene, and ensure respectful, professional behavior from the staff.

I've been training at AIM FIT Sahakarnagar and it has been a wonderful experience. The gym is well-maintained with a positive atmosphere. Special thanks to my trainer Mr Saugat, who is very knowledgeable, supportive, and always motivates me to push myself. His guidance has really helped me improve my fitness.

I have experienced a good gym trainer. Mr. Saugat trained me well to maintain and built my body. And the equipments are good. And the gym is perfect to built your physics.
