Has anyone visited this place recently? The gym is in a terrible state--PVC tiles are coming off, and most of the machines are old and poorly maintained.

This is my first gym. Trainers are very responsive and super friendly. They'll train you to your goals and track you daily. I feel cost is quite low compared to others and i thank for that. Very spacious, feel good, no nonsense equipments, a big space for cardio. Without any second thought anyone can go for it

If you get a trainer as your friend ,that's enough to achieve your fitness goals. All 3 trainers are very worth and they will always track your progres. This shows there interest in the profession. More than gym workouts you'll learn format, postures, techniques, angle and discipline. I have been to almost 6 gyms since I started gym. I can say ,this is the best one. Spacious, perfect equipments, colour full, friendly environment. It feels good when I enter into it. Cheers brothers .
