Good Facilities. Audience is good . They have the facility of steam bath as well . They have two separate floors one for cardio and the other separate for gym equipments.

All over it's good, but in the evening there is a trainer who along with his friends occupies the machines, all the plates and weights. There's a lot of yelling going on. Loud screaming disturbs the other members in the room, The gym owner should take a look at this. The other members find it very inconvenient and unpleasant. Working out making some noise talks and all are fine but what happens here is pure screaming and yelling. The trainer also is involved in this and yells back if said something to him. Bad experience

Great facility, clean, excellent staff - really well done environment for beginners and advanced alike. Open early and close late.
