When I started my FITTR journey, I only aimed at loosing weight. I had tried a lot of different technique's such as Atkins, intermittent fasting, YouTube influencers etc, however nothing had worked for me in the long run, infact it made things worse for me. I lost all my muscle, I gained weight immediately when I ate a little extra, I would starve myself and had lot of cravings, I also didn't sleep well and didn't feel good emotionally. What I learnt with help of my coach Mahesh sir, was a healthy way of life and believe me the entire process is simple, doable and healthy. I was well explained about the right food and quantity, I didn't need starve. I was made aware of the right exercises, infact due to my cervical hernia I was also recommended different exercises and in the end I did mostly yoga. I saw slow and steady weightloss of 4 kgs in 3 months, but I know I won't gain those kilo s again. When I followed my diet and did my exercises I naturally slept and woke up on time. I feel better mentally and I truely thank my coach for his very nice and motivating journey I had and will continue.
