In this area there are many gyms but this is one of the best gym because they provide you great diet plan ,workout plan and trainer will teach you every exercise and machines for muscles until you are perfect to all the machines .The fees are affordable, cleanliness is good, there are machines for every muscle group, and for CrossFit also they have space. Since 1 year I have going the gym and I have transform myself from 117kg to 85 kg.
