When I first entered Om Fitness I was speechless, I mean to say that right from the entrance of welcoming me the owner was very down to earth, respectful, welcoming, courteous , he has comprehensive, detailed knowledge about every aspect in the field of cross fit training . The trainers know their job perfectly well and are committed to doing their jobs with great enthusiasm they will design a diet and program exactly according to your needs. For the first time in Belgaum I have seen a great amazing well built Cross fit Center with the latest state of the art equipment. Spacious area with extremely humble and polite mentors who really encourage and guide us through out the work outs taking utmost care so that we don't injure ourselves in any way.The work out sessions are not monotonous and involve different activities which are fun and helps to retain the enthusiasm in the sessions. Overall a positive environment for a beginner like me.

Started my fitness journey with Om fitness. I must say that Mr. Omkar who himself is a highly qualified professional has employed well qualified and professional trainers. They are very polite and decent and possess a wealth of knowledge. My mother has also joined Om fitness for Rehab and rehab from injury is the speciality of this gym.
