But all thanks to the owner Mr.Modi and Mr. Nitish who hired Mr.Rakesh as gym trainer who will keep monitoring you all the time and will tell best exercises for beginners so that he is used to be and regular for gym workout. You can ask Mr.Rakesh anytime and he will be ready to assist you, rarely seen in other gyms that I had been. This gym has all the modern equipments and top notch facilities that is required for best shape and desired physique for anyone. Would rate and recommend highly to anyone who is looking for a good gym with good trainer in Sahibganj.
