I have been lifting since I was in class 9 now I am 30+ . I was never into building I do strength training. All my experience shared is on my view. 1- Gym is nice and clean 2- Equipments are good but their is little problem with machine seated row and lat pull down if u are 6ft + u will not get the stretch. I asked the trainer guy how to do it he replied nothing I again asked him next week he said bend your back and do lat pull down. Doesn't sound good too me. 3- U are not allowed to do seated cabel row in this gym . They say cable will break. What the hell man. 4- Leg curl and extension are available for some people and not for all they say it's out of order. 5- Gym needs some more benches . 6- Group of some people's in the morning are awesome and mind blowing they come to gym and they capture functional trainer and they never leave it other people didn't get a chance to do their work. 7- Ambience is like ,If u are lifting really heavy and u are alone no one is gonna b their to spot you. 8-One day I have to do dead lift , 2 chubby guys were doing streching on deadlift platform. I waited for 1 hour they didn't get over with it. They were taking selfie. They were making fun of each other. Etc , that was last day of that gym for me. If your session is of 1 hour it will take around 1.5 hour. So choose right time to go to gym. 9. - And gym is less spacious. But the problem is not space problem is people in the gym. My first gym was even smaller and old school stuff but people were cooperative and understanding . 10- One day I put 240 on the leg press I performed 3 sets , I have to do 1 more set . I was grabbing my breath while laying on leg press that hooligan functional trainer hijacker guys took off the 20x2 plates without even asking.

The gym has demonstrated remarkable efficiency with the most effective collaboration and excellent guidance to date. The trainers are exceptionally respectful and humble, providing a genuine and logical understanding.

At a very affordable price and good equipment one of the best gyms in ranchi . The owner is very polite and cooperative and the best part of the gym is their customers.. very friendly and cooperative. I just wanted to mention the name Akash ! A very good and supportive boy with cooperation he guides each and every customer . You have so much stamina and a good body . I wish you all the very best for your future bro ! I feel so great at Olympus Gym. That's the best gym I've ever seen. Every piece of equipment is fantastic. Additionally, the trainers are incredibly helpful and committed to us. I simply want to urge all young people to come see the miraculous changing their bodies and minds.
