O2+ Gym And Fitness Studio

been here since 2 months and I must say for the given price the gym is very well equipped and attended by professional trainers . I've been trained by ujjwal sir our male trainer and I must say I've noticed significant changes in my body in these 2 months. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone who is looking for a well equipped fitness centre.

I've been working out in this gym from the last 1 year and it has never disappointed me. This gym is well-maintained, clean, and equipped with a wide range of modern machines and weights, making it suitable for all fitness levels. The trainer is highly professional, attentive, and motivating. Pratibha ma'am always motivates me and helps me to build my body. With her guidance, workouts are both safe and effective and her constant encouragement helps build confidence and stay consistent. Overall, this gym is a great place to work out with excellent support from a dedicated trainer.

O2 Gym has been a great experience for me. The highlight of this place is definitely trainer Ujjwal sir. He is extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and always makes sure I do every exercise with the right technique. His guidance has brought me noticeable results in just 20 days, which I couldn't achieve in other gyms. What sets him apart is his professionalism and dedication - he never hesitates to help and always motivates you to push your limits. O2 Gym truly stands out because of trainers like him.

I have completed 3 months at 02 Gym and my experience has been excellent. The biggest credit goes to my trainer Ujjwal Sir, who is extremely knowledgeable and ensures I do every exercise with proper form. He is very supportive, helpful, and has played the most important role in bringing noticeable changes in me. Pratibha Ma'am is also a great helping hand in the gym. She is a very talented trainer and always ready to guide and support whenever needed. All the trainers are very professional and dedicated to their work - they stay fully focused on training and don't even use mobile phones during work. Truly grateful for their constant motivation and guidance.

O2+ gym is fantastic Gym! The trainers, Ujjwal Bhaiya and Arti Didi, and others are the best. Their hard work and personalized attention really make a difference. Ujjwal Bhaiya's knowledge and Arti Didi's energetic workouts are incredibly motivating. The gym has great and well maintained equipment, but it's the supportive atmosphere they create that makes it truly special. Highly recommend!

I'm relatively new in O2+ gym and fitness studio, I am amazed to see the difference in me in just 1 month. It has been very helpful to reduce belly fat, increase in overall strength and energy. Also, it provides the perfect diet plan! Lastly, I'm having a great experience with the trainers, especially ujjawal sir, he is very kind, friendly and approachable.
