Hey guys!!! Everybody needs to hit this gym.. i was just a newbie when I entered here ..afraid of the weights and skinny like a toothpick but the support shown by our trainer navneet bhaiya was really a boost for me ..the atmosphere of the gym is just on another heated level everyone around is super helpful and motivating..there are a verity of equipments and to help you out through your growing process .. definitely recommend to every person out there looking for a fitter lifestyle

I did workout here. Machines and equipments are adequate. Benches are sturdy and gym is spacious. Trainer is experienced professional athlete and very well mannered guy. Had a nice experience overall .

NFC is bigger and better now with the introduction of new machines and better ambience the whole gyming experience is upgraded
