I've been a member here for 2 years and always had a great experience, especially with Akash and Praveen -- superb trainers.
But recently I had the worst experience I've ever faced at any gym. I forgot my newly bought earbuds and realized within 2 hours (GPS showed the gym location of earbuds) When I called and rushed back, staff insisted nothing was found. Later I learned from Praveen the earbuds were in the gym until 3pm, yet when I came at 4:45pm they had "disappeared." Also, the staff was aware about this, still they lied about not knowing about it.
This is shocking in a gym with biometric entry and CCTV. Instead of helping, the manager and staff blamed me, saying it was my fault. Such unprofessional and dismissive behavior is unacceptable. Goodwill is built on how issues are handled, this incident has left me extremely disappointed. Can't workout at a place with such problematic staff and unsafe environment!

Absolutely fantastic gym. Trainers are amazing and other staffs too. Every activity namely fitness, endurance, strength building, muscle building, aerobics, or yoga, all are available here.
Also it is very clean and tidy. Precautions like sanatization and cleaning is done frequently. Other general things like locker room, clean washroom and cafeteria are too available here.
Overall, an outstanding gym.
