Best Unisex gym in the locality with specious and machine is good, crowd is also good. Seperate washrooms, hygiene & well vantilated also safe atmosphere for girls. Price is reasonable.

Binge eating throughout my exam seasons had taken a lot of toll on my health and it was through the mentorship of the experienced trainer at gym town that I was able to reverse the self inflicted wrong and reach my dream weight. Availability of all equipments and constant supervision of experts, facilitates not just regular gymmers but also newbies attain the correct understanding of required techniques. Highly recommend!!!

Worth IT! Large space. Price is reasonable. Equipments are very good.(at this price). Separate dressing room for men /women. Lockups for asccesories provided. Camera equipped. Shoe racks available. Speaker available. No A.C but ventillation is OK (a bit problemistic during summer). People are friendly. Just don't engage in talks too much as you come here for workout. Owner is very good , trainer is helpful.(you need to interact with him trainer will not come to you always) I don't know why people is complaining about trainer it's a common trainer not your personal trainer to help you for each step. Do use youtube channels (eg. Guru mann fitness) to learn different exercises and DIET related information. And then if you feel any problem in application of exercise ask trainer freely. At 4500/6 months you are not going to get a personal trainer. Lol! Fitness is a journey its not 3 -4 months investment ,its' a life long process. Have patience! Keep learning. Keep growing! Its' better to invest 8-9k per year on yourself then being burden on upcoming generation post 50-60 age.

A lot of space in gym and plenty of machines, bench but its for only short people like if your height is under 5 feet 7inch (i am 6 feet And I've worked as a trainer in nehal 7 day gym located near bada talab )...its good for you .... otherwise various machine and bench will be short ..... trainer is not so helpful ... he will help you only if you take personal training cource .....gym ethics are not here .... like you have to re rack everything but in here you have to find every goddamm plate for yourself ... not for the begineers thats for sure

Trainer is definitely use less , he has no knowledge. Trainer never trains anyone . We need a new trainer . The trainer does not pay attention to anyone, even after seeing that someone is doing right or wrong, he does not correct them . Sorry " James " but you are the worst trainer ever . We need another trainer atleast 2 trainer should be there ...

It's too hot inside the Gym, there is no proper ventilation and the trainer here also has 0 knowledge about fitness. would recommend don't come here in the Summer.

A nice gym with all the equipment is available . Cost friendly 3 month 2500INR. Trainer available but you have to pay for that.
