Let me tell you my story on this.In the year 2008 when i first started going to gym, i researched to find the nest gym then, and i found that multi Gym located near Ratu road is best,and so i joined. I soon noticed that it is not just a gym it is actually a akhara of Kusti Pahalwans. The gym is my best till now , though no air conditioner , dirty, still i liked and my favourite gym, though i do not go there any more because of lack of comfort. I call it best gym because the trainer Mr SUNIL PARIHAR guided me and he successfully brought down my body fat and my weight reduced alot just within a month. In year 2012 an air conditioned Gym opened in Ranchi - Called Gold gym, i enrolled there in 2015. It is very comfortable, i exercised there 2015 to 2020, it was comfortable, cleaner but lacked in one thing it couldn't bring down my fat, there the trainers are very well behaved but they lack in one very vital thing they have no slightest idea about training your body. The gym is crowded because of brand image "Gold Gym" and very good advertisement. So if you want jusy try for one month and if you are satisfied enroll for a year. I bet you will loose interest to go there just after a week, but if you are a younger person, you will be hooked to it , The gym is good for dating.I just go there for my regular fit body. At last this year due to COVID I just stopped there and I have this experience of this place.

Went to gym after Post Covid Restrictions were lifted. They are taking huge measures in ensuring safety of customers. Slot wise scheduling of customers is enabling them to sanitize the workshop almost every hour.

The name says 'Gold' but the machines, hygiene, supervision is way SUB STANDARD. The current state of the gym is really bad in shape.
