Very nice and friendly coach. The gym has good variety of equipments but some needs little oiling. However it has all you ever need, if you know what you are doing. I only had a morning trial session but hope to visit sometime again and join.

Pretty Crowded and the gym equipments are a little rusty but it's still really good.

Probably the best gym in bariatu. The owner/coach punit singh is very kind, gernerous and very supportive.He gave me personal training at a very reasonable price. 1 year back I was not able to lift even 2.5 kg dumbles but now with his constant guidance and support i can lift 30 kg dumbels. This is the best gym in bariatu as it is cost effective or in other words its value for money. You should definitely consider joining this gym if you really want to build your body

Great place to workout. The gym is equipped with all the modern equipment. Prompt and helpful trainers. The trainers are always be ready to guide you and constantly help us by giving us advice regarding diet, proper form etc. And it's affordable.

Good and spacious. Not much crowded. Equipped with latest machines and strength systems. Has a separate floor for cardio. Has washrooms and changing room for both the floors, seaparately. Locker facility free of cost. Personal training also available. Gym monthly fee is 1000 for both cardio and strength. If you select either of the two, 700 is the fee. Cool ambiance. Sufficient car and two wheeler parking facility.
