Just joined recently and I'm really impressed! The gym is spacious, clean, and well-organized. The machines are all modern and in great condition. The trainer is super friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe is positive and energetic. I also love that it's never too crowded, so I can get my workout done without waiting. He recommended the right workouts that were safe for my knee, and step by step my pain started reducing. Today, not only has my knee healed, but I have also managed to lose around 8 kgs, which is a big achievement for me. The diet plan he suggested was practical and easy to follow--nothing extreme, just simple changes that really worked. What I appreciate the most is that he is always supportive, listens to my concerns, and motivates me throughout the journey. I feel healthier, lighter, and much more confident now. I'm really grateful for all the help and guidance, and I would highly recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about improving their health and fitness.
