This place is good for fitness of our Body as well as for mind. Trainer is very helpful. Cost is little high as per equipment. This is unisex Gym. Morning opening time : 5:30 am (tentative) You can visit for query any time between 5:30 am to 10 am and 4 pm to 9 pm Please visit if you are a health conscious. Thanks

2 barbells. Incline and flat bench. Barbell/squat stand. Smith machine. Cable machine. Lat pulldown. Leg extension/curl. Leg press. Has cardio machines like treadmill & cross trainer and decent selection of weights. But becomes a problem if too many people workout at the same time. Good for 10-12 people at a time. Not big. No particularly fancy equipments/machines. Friendly administration. Reasonable fees. Changing room and toilet. Timings are 0530-1030, 1500-2130 on all days except Sundays (both men & women). Bring your own music and lifting belt if possible.

Good gym, Santosh ji is very helpful

A little bit crowded at times. All equipment necessary are present but number of people at times is very high so you might face difficulty in working out at a specific equipment for specific time.

Good gym and gym trainer is nice and give guidance towards your fitness and health
