Honestly speaking , the best gym in the area for men and women. 1) It has 2 floors so the total area of the gym is huge as compared to other gyms. 2) Fees is under the budget . 3) Equipments are far better than other gyms. From treadmills to leg presses to leg curls they have it all. 4) Since the area is more and equipments are abundant people don't have to wait for their turn . Traffic is controlled easily. 5) Ground floor is fully dedicated for cardio. 6) The nature of the Trainer is very friendly and helpful. Cons : The only con with this gym is it is a bit difficult to locate . But that's not much of an issue.
