Breath of life

Breath of Life is a dedicated yoga centre run by very efficient trainers Anurag and Ritvik. My association with both the trainers has been for over a year, and I must admit the experience is terrific. They have helped me tremendously with my weight loss program, with a whooping 30kg loss...!!! They first designed my exercise centered around weight loss and now it is strength development. The trainers understand the capacity through which one can exercise and very smoothly pull you towards higher goal, and with time you will get surprising results. The atmosphere is quite jovial, relaxed but at the same very energetic too. This centre is a total game changer, unlike other fitness centres. A 100% recommendation for whoever is willing for fitness resolution.

Excellent environment for mental and physical health. I have done yoga here from 4 months and yoga teacher named Rishika Ma'am is awesome. I really greatful to meet such amazing teacher out there.... Thank you very much .... Wish to re-join you guys soon

Yoga is Good for health but i did not take interest but then I joined the breath of life Yoga centre which is actually a great transformation for me. Thanks to Anuraag sir who helped a lot. He is Polite and supportive and suggests and help individuals according to their requirements. I had Good experience and Appreciate the efforts of Anuraag Sir. Highly recommended
