I personally love working out in Amit Sirs gym because it has a very motivating environment. Its clean, has the correct amount of machines and dumbells, the machines here are of international standards and they hit the muscles in the correct angles. Amit sir is friendly and very particular related to workouts, he is strict with a certain things and thats what makes this gym more disciplined. For everyone who thinks his attitude is rude has mistaken discipline and hardwork over words that he speaks just to push our selves harder. Remember, its not the easy going ones who win the race, its the ones that are very persistent and the most disciplined.

It is a very good gym for beginners. Trainers are qualified and well mannered. Machines are advanced and work really well. The gym is spacious and has good quality dumbells.

This gym is amazing. Top equipments and great environment and quite comfortable for both beginners and professionals. And our trainer is extremely reliable and punctual

Gym is very small. Equipment is also very less. Although the gym is good for advanced or pro athletes but I wouldn't recommend any beginner to go to this gym because the trainers here(not the owner) are unqualified. So if you are not a beginner you can go to this gym . Best time for workout in this gym is early morning as in evening gym gets overcrowded.
