Highly recommended for all fitness levels. And also, I want to highlight my trainer Asha mam who is simply outstanding. Under her guidance, I've seen significant improvements in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness level. She pushes me out of my comfort zone while always prioritizing proper form and technique, which has helped prevent injuries and maximize results. In addition to her exceptional training skills, she also serves as a mentor and role model for women in the gym. Her dedication to her own fitness journey inspires me to stay committed and motivated, both inside and outside the gym.

Best place if u ' r searching for a good gym . Well maintained gym along with friendly and helpful environment.our sir( trainer) is an excellent trainer who helps and motivates you to achieve your goal .I got the best result and if you want.. you'll get the same .

Mr Shailesh sir is a very well experienced trainer and trains everyone personally , carefully with a humble and gentle behaviour . Cleanliness and environment at gym is excellent

Best gym in this area. Well maintained professional gym. But the major drawback males cannot do exercise 5PM to 6:30PM. I request the owner if you can solve this problem.

As a newbie it was a very bad experience, owner talk to you with arrogance even though you ask politely. "Kab join Kiya, kon sa batch tha" "face recognition by Raju bhaiya in video call and in front as well." Aisa lagta h ki Bina Paisa diye gym aa gae. And fun fact is that they can't even find the carbon copy of the payment slip which they have provided even though you are providing exact date of joining. In response to your reply :- Firstly it was not sorry wala incident, it was intentional event by you. Secondly, I didn't even touch your single equipment prior of face recognition via video call. Also I told you the exact date of joining still you failed to find the carbon copy of payment slip,then you went for face recognition process and then after satisfying you allowed me. SO STOP FOOLING AROUND AND SAY IN GOOGLE REVIEW "HOWEVER I ALLOWED YOU TO DO WORKOUT." ITS A BLATANT LIE. Thirdly I didn't even mentioned about self training or trainer part in Google review even though you are brining that here. That arises question mark to your word and credibility.
