Bhaskar Sir is the owner of the Gym and he is retired Army personnel. I got trained under him for more than a year. This is one of the best gym in Daltonganj, Palamu, Jharkhand.
Pros:
- Only gym in Daltonganj with Power Lifting competition setup
- 3000sq feet elegant space
- separate space for Cardio/High intensity
- Gym is equipped with a lot of equipments for each muscle group.
- No need of the personal training since Bhaskar Sir give his best in the floors
Cons
- During summers its hot in the gym since its on the top floor of the building
- If someone wants to go during the afternoon then GYM is closed between 12to 6 PM.

Decent gym in the city. A nice initiative that shows development of the city and encourages people to come up further. Kudos to Bhaskar Sir. Gym has ample equipments and space. It is well maintained in terms of cleanliness. Trainers are top notch. Its just safe so you can workout without any worries. And if you are one who is a beginner and have no idea where to start from to reach your goal, you have a solution here, trainers just put their best foot to guide you and make you push your limits to become best version of yourself.
