Have been there in 2023 and visited recently like day before yesterday, Gym trainer is highly cooperative and helpful. Good space, he separates the space for women, in case they need privacy. It's cheap too, just 500 a month. The only challenge is, Jhumri Telaiya sees several power cuts for significant amount of time, so even if the gym has ac, one has to bear sweat in excessive manner.
