I have been gymming for quite some time now not availing as much as I would have liked to but my experience here in Talwalkars has been genuinely good with all the trainers being really helpful .it is important for someone new to gym to get the correct posture in all exercises than weight training(beyond your capacity) initially, that is where one gets the help here. I love working out here as it sets the tone for the day for me.

Good gym with varieties of equipments, in today's competitive market they should learn to run the business, today people go to any gym by just paying one day fee. Here they have stopped weekly membership which is not a good sign for long term business.

Gym is okay, the only problem with gym is their plates and rods which are of really bad quality (plates especially). Music was bad not suiting gym. Changing room was too small.
