Joined this gym in january, 2024. The location, ambience & the internal setup of this place spread positive energy. Skilled & punctual trainer (Mr Ganesh) helps us perform all our activities perfectly. The owner itself is a fitness enthusiast & boosts every member to reach their fitness goals. Overall enjoying my journey towards physical & mental health.

I want to share my review here . I have been to the Baridih centre at ATC. They have amazing sessions with professional trainers . I am a newbie but I am treated so well , you get the personal touch and huge motivation from trainers who push you to achieve your best. Sessions : Zumba , CrossFit , Yoga , Folk fitness , HIIT ,Meditation. This place is not only good to focus on your physical but also mental health . Kudos to LYS for such an amazing team and bringing this facility for people of Jamshedpur !!!

I'm so happy to join this gym. It has been my 5 months here , and I've lost 4 inches. The trainers here are really supportive and give proper attention. I have started loving yourself.

I've recently joined this gym and I'll say it's really effective the trainer is experienced too and I'll recommend y'all to look upto it!! All the trainies are given attention equally and it feels kinda refreshing too...

By far the best facility around , clean gym , all the equipments are of best quality. Trainers and the owner of the gym is to supportive , and also demo trainings is provided in both the branch of LYS .
