Definitely one of the best gym in Jamesdpur. I had lost approx 4kg weight within a span of 1 month and also my body got toned after joining here. Whoever feels working out is boring, please do enroll yourself here and gets your perspective change. They have different sessions each day which focuses on each and every body part. Moreover i can vouch that every sessions are interesting and keeps you energetic for the whole day.

Worst gym ever. I went to this gym approximately 2 years ago and now I regret it so much. I remember while joining this gym they forcefully made me buy a tee with their gym logo and the quality of that tee was pathetic it gave me rashes, I wasn't even able to wear my own gym clothes because it was not allowed. Claiming that it is an all ladies gym, male instructor were later introduced to us (1 month after my joining). At the initial stage they made me do warmups and cycling which was good but later on instead of focusing on me they pushed me to do extensive training with the crowd. They promised to give a personalised diet which never happened lol. I remember one day i was exhausted and almost going to faint, i told the male instructor(me and my friend asked why there is a male instructor and they didn't gave us a valid reason), i told him that im not feeling well, then too he forced me to do more exercises for more than 30min. I think this was my last straw and i left the gym. I can't even imagine i wasted 6000rs. Omg moreover I can't stop laughing, they will not allow you to use treadmills because they don't want to pay bills for electricity. When you ask them continuously, they'll allow you to use them once in 2 weeks. They only care about money. Over flooding their gym also I couldn't even take my shoes back with me. Now I'm in a new city with an inbuilt gym and good instructors, I remember my time back in this place and thought I should definitely give a review.
