Worst gym with worst equipment specially trainers have no knowledge about workout, owner's behaviour is very rude .....no hygiene in restroom, tabacco wrappers were there Not recommended .....

A gym with all the essential equipments. There are multiple equipments which is good as people don't need to wait in a queue. A separate space for cardio, free weights and machines which is the better than the other gyms. The best part of the gym is their roof top section which is absolutly amazing and will not find any other gym like this. The main reason for giving 3 stars is for the ambience of the inside, which is not quite interacting or engaging. The walls are colored with black absorbing all the brightness instead it should have a brighter color as it can reflect the light and spread good vibes on the gym.

Firstly when I joined this gym I saw every staff member dedicated to their work and they never compromise with the service they provide. Recently they have renovated the gym and the cross fit section is love. As a girl, I felt so safe while working out. They never distinguished between any member and that's excellent. Their work shows their dedication and the gym has so many machines that I don't think any other gym in Jamshedpur has .
