The Royal Fitness is undoubtedly the best gym in the city at present. It's a well put together gym with a dedicated area for Cardio, CrossFit and Weight Training. It is fully equipped with modern machines with perfect Biomechanics. Fully air conditioned with coordinated interiors and a strong sound system make the workout energetic and enables you to train even without a Pre-Workout. The gym offers a changing room, an array of lockers and squeaky clean washrooms. They also conduct Functional Training, Zumba , Yoga and special Dance Sessions regularly. If motivation, flexibility and a personal approach is what you are looking for in a PT, then Mr. Rajkumar Thapa is the man for you.
