The gym is well-equipped, clean, and motivating. Trainers are highly professional, supportive, and guide with proper technique, diet, and motivation. Raj Kumar sir being my favourite trainer because of his patience and planned exercise for each individual according to their body requirement .Great place to stay fit and consistent .

I've been training here for a while and it's easily one of the best gyms in the area. The equipment is modern, well-maintained, and there's a great variety for all types of workouts -- whether you're into weightlifting, cardio, or functional training. The staff are friendly, approachable, and always ready to help with form corrections or workout tips. The atmosphere is motivating without being intimidating, and the cleanliness is top-notch -- machines are sanitized regularly, and the locker rooms are spotless. I also appreciate the flexible timings and the fact that there's always enough space to work out, even during peak hours. Definitely a place that makes you want to show up and push yourself. Highly recommended! All the three trainer are certified and provide excellence training especially the Rajkumar. Rajkumar is an exceptional gym trainer whose dedication, knowledge, and motivation inspire consistent progress. His personalized guidance, disciplined approach, and encouraging attitude create a positive environment for fitness. He patiently corrects form, pushes limits safely, and celebrates every milestone.
