The hotel is located just beside the main road and easily accessible. It has underground parking facilities. I went to attend a conference which was arranged in this place. The conference room was located on the first floor and had all necessary facilities. Had my dinner also at this place. The menu was very good and the cooked food was delicious.
The hotel staff were very polite, helpful and courteous.
Overall a very good place in Giridih which is in close proximity to Giridih Railway Station.

This hotel was a disaster. Non functional AC, constantly out-of-service lift, and I suspect staff theft. Housekeeping was MIA during a party. Absolutely avoid!
Even staff of the hotels are also careless and rude. Never book this hotel for any functions.

Cost 100 for a salad ( simple salad nothing fancy)

The rooms were neat, clean, and surprisingly spacious, but overall experience was disappointing.
Check-in and check-out were very slow, and the staff, including the front desk, waiters, and servers, lacked even basic hospitality etiquette. It didn't feel welcoming at all. Despite the quality of the room itself, the poor service standards left a negative impression.
Another big drawback is the location. The hotel is on a busy road, and constant traffic noise makes it hard to relax.
Overall rooms are good, the unprofessional service and noisy surroundings make it a place I wouldn't recommend. There are definitely better options (hotel orbitz) if you're looking for a comfortable stay with decent service.
