If you want good space for training thn this is the place for you. Total two floors r available, 1 for CoreHIIT nd jumba nd other for weight training. I trained here for almost two months the thing that missing here was good trainer, if you r new then definately you will face little difficulty but if you know how to use equipment thn it's suitable place. Cons- ->Most of the time trainer not available for weight training. ->For Weight training if you need more weight like more thn 80kg its difficult to find weight here. Pros- ->Good space nd equipment for workout. ->Owner is friendly. ->If you want to trained with less crowd thn it's suitable. ->Boxing nd MMA practice facility is also available which is a added advantage. Note:Directly talk to owner if you want membership don't approach 3rd party for recommendation .
