I'll try to be objective as much as possible. In room, the locker was not working. Only single towel was given for two persons. Locker was not working. The soap was not in the soap dispenser. We gave the feedback to the reception. They told us that when we will be in the room, then they will make changes. Unfortunately we were too busy to be in the room. Rest looked good. The bed was good. Room was clean. Service was good. The tea was good.

The Vaishnavi was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The room we were given looked nothing like the photos online -- it was small, poorly maintained, and extremely unhygienic. The bed linen was dirty and torn, the towels smelled terrible, and the extra bedding provided was not only unclean but also reeked of a foul odor. The bathroom was in terrible condition, with leaks and plumbing issues that made it nearly unusable. Even the AC wasn't working, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. When we asked the staff about these issues, they were dismissive and downright rude, casually claiming that renovation was underway. Ironically, not a single room or section of the property showed any signs of actual renovation -- a clear lie to justify the pathetic state of the facilities. The food served was bland and below average, and several of the promised amenities like a bathroom kit and mini fridge were completely missing. This place is a scam -- it's dirty, mismanaged, and nothing like what they advertise. I would strongly urge anyone considering this place to stay far away. It's a complete waste of money and a sure way to ruin your trip.

The hotel is situated near Tower Chowk in Deoghar and is 5-10 mins from Baidnath Mandir. The ambience and upkeep is good but has limited facilities. Overall the hotel seemed overpriced. I had relied on the reviews before booking but was left disappointed as the service was not up to the mark. The reception seemed unconcerned and the restaurant staff were busy in their own activities. There definitely is a communication gap between the front desk and the restaurant. And yes, they might not be so particular in serving the customers but they will definitely close the breakfast Buffet sharp at 10:30 am. So anyone planning morning darshan may think about booking for complimentary breakfast as it is likely to be missed. The rooms are small with all basic amenities. The pillow had some foul odour and the laundry could have been better. The hotel has ample parking space but no restrooms for drivers.

Food is very delicious. Staffs are very cooperative. Mr Ajay Kumar and Mr Mukesh kumar (F&b ) is very supportive. They helped us to organised and celebrate our marriage anniversary in a very comfortable manner with lots and lots of sweet memories. The arrangement was fantastics. Overall we are fully satisfied with service of all staff member specially Mr Ajay Kumar (manager) and Mr Mukesh (f&b dept). Thanks alot to you both and your team.

Very Disappointing Experience I had a terrible experience here. The room service was extremely poor, and the food served was not only unhealthy but also unhygienic. What made things worse was the behavior of the restaurant manager--completely unprofessional and rude, with no basic manners while speaking to guests. I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and hospitality.
