The female employees are very arrogant and rude, they are seriously nonsense. The management overall is very poor. Ac donot work there. I felt suffocation in the trail room. There is no fan or ac inside. The female employees started shouting because I took 5 clothes at once. I would like to ask from the management where was the notice board present near the trail room which notify that customer need to take only 3 clothes at once. When i said i was not aware of it she started yelling. I want to ask where was she when i was going inside the trail. Very poor management.

I wish there was an option for zero star. I see here a lot of people have already complained about the ACs not working but no action has been taken so far. I think if you can't fix this major problem persisting for a long time now, you should shut it down. It's so suffocating to shop here specially in the humid weather even for 10 minutes with no AC and no proper ventilation. I wonder how the staffs work here! There are some food items like chocolates and packed sweets which are of no use(always found in melted condition) because of no proper refrigeration and AC, just existing like a showpiece on the shelves. Big bazaar was way better than this in terms of quality(specially clothes), cleanliness, management and range of items. Mostly only 2-3 billing counters are functional and the staffs at the billing counters are slow in their work or have not been given proper training. And it get worse when the server is down. I think Reliance SMART should act smart and start valuing the time of their customers standing in long queues sweating and waiting, apart from providing basic facilities like proper ventilation. Not visiting again.

A good place for grocery shopping especially on holidays as they give amazing offers. You will get every little grocery item in the smart bazaar and also there is a clothing section upstairs. You can buy vegetables and fruits, dairy products, cereals, pulses, snacks, and many more. Customer services are also nice. Time-saving and also money-saving as they give discounts on almost every products.

Pathetic behaviour from the staff at Deoghar Smart Bazar.They have kept cup in bottle section so obvious it will fall down and break so it did. They came to up that hey you need to pay for it. Will should I be paying? If your stuffs is not kept in a proper place. I asked the manager to see the cctv I did not break it. He just walked away rudely saying pay kijiye as if he is the boss. The other staff out there was like 21 rupiye ke liye ladh rahe ho. It's not about money it's about the management pathetic management and pathetic staff. They don't keep things in proper place and makes customer pay for it. Manager is the worst.
