Oxyzen Fitness Gym

I highly recommend this gym as the owner himself is passionate about fitness. The trainer also is an approachable person and tailors with the workout every time. The location is convenient and offers special hours for females which is a true boon for me especially. The atmosphere is energetic and the gym is neat and well organized.

Started my fitness journey with gym after a long time and I can say that I am in safe hands. It's been 15 days, I have been consistently hitting the gym since it has been very enriching experience. With my knees injury and a bulky shape, I almost gave up on fitness but my training has been suited to my body and needs so it's motivating to continue. Thanks to Monal bhaiya constant support, I feel this time I am going to make it.The picture is from Day 1, soon to share a transformed picture.

Safe, Supportive, and Almost Perfect I recently joined and it's been a great experience so far. As a woman, I really appreciate how safe and comfortable the environment feels. Clean, non-judgmental, and respectful staff. It's easy to focus on my fitness without feeling out of place. A few key machines are absent, which can be limiting at times, but overall it's a solid space for anyone starting or continuing their fitness journey.

I've had a great experience at this gym! The trainer is very helpful, always guiding and motivating throughout the workouts. They have a separate batch for ladies, which makes it really comfortable, and the crowd is very decent and disciplined. Best gym in town with all required equipments. Whenever I travelled to my native place my only choice is oxygen fitness. Highly recommended. Owner, trainers n everyone in gym is friendly. I am the pondicherry resident I joined for two month only..here after I can't came again..but they are not worried about that...they do our best with personal coach they provide to me our best couching ..AC gym,nice environment,people and couch are so humble...very impressive
