The gym offers an incredibly motivating atmosphere with a strong community mindset. The trainers and coaches are extremely supportive and attentive to each individual's needs. The equipment is top-notch, and the cardio section is fantastic, helping everyone achieve their dream physique.It is very spacious with a warm atmosphere.

I've had a really good experience here. The gym is well maintained, and both the owner and trainer are great -- they always make you feel comfortable and help you improve. Definitely worth joining!

An ideal gym for weight training needs, plenty of iron to chuck around, ropes, rings and various machines and racks.Visited as a result of a recommendation and very impressed. The focus is strength and fitness and everyone made us feel very welcome. A refreshing haven from the venues where the message gets confused with lifestyle more than working out. People seem to have forgotten that there are no quick gains in strength / fitness, but JA Fitness provides an atmosphere conducive to working hard (that is hard to find these days). Knowledge Is Power and this GYM certainly holds the fort for it. I can't recommend it highly enough.
