First of all the behavior of each and every staff is excellent. The rooms are well maintained and service is up to the mark. It's a awesome place to stay whether with family or friends. If you are looking for a ideal place to spend while you are staying in deoghar, then Hotel comfort and terrace lounge is a perfect place to stay in.
I had a very poor experience at this hotel. The service was extremely unprofessional -- staff were unresponsive and unhelpful throughout my stay. For the price I paid, the quality of service and amenities was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and suggest looking elsewhere for a better, more honest experience.
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely unprofessional and lacked basic manners, especially Mr. Manish Kumar. His behavior was completely unacceptable, particularly in the way he spoke to a woman. It's shocking to see such disrespectful conduct in the hospitality industry. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe and welcoming environment.
Do not Stay with family if wish to visit BABA Temple. Go for other hotels. Even lodge has better facilities. This hotel do not provide towels, cleaning kit, bathing kit.
Beautiful and neet and clean room and very specias...room service was very fast and tasty food...staff was very cooperative....best thing is temple is jst in walking distance...will suggest everyone most visit for comfort stay....
