In my opinion it's the best Gym of Udhampur... All equipments are there... Well air conditioned, properly spaced, neat & clean. Even Abhishek Sir who is the owner and Trainer of the gym is also very supportive. He gives training to an individual on the basis of that individual's aim & goal... Like I want to give my own example... When I joined I was 108kg and now after 3 months I am 93 Kg... I lost 15 Kg in three months and this dream came true only because of Abhishek Sir.. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and there's a great variety of equipment to suit all fitness levels.
